Our showroom, open Monday to Friday, gives customers a hands-on experience with our range of outdoor living solutions. You’ll be able to walk through our life-size 3m x 4m Gable and Boundary frame Archi-glaze pergola systems, complete with LED lighting and Ziptrak® outdoor blinds, so you can see exactly how our products work together in a real-world setting. Inside our circa 1,000m² dedicated factory, you’ll see our team in action, fabricating high-grade aluminium pergolas, shade sails, and awnings with precision and care. We only use premium materials, including structural grade aluminium and 6mm – 8mm Archi-Glaze roofing, providing 99.9% UV protection — no cheap twinwall plastics, no shortcuts. Every detail is designed to withstand New Zealand’s coastal conditions and deliver years of lasting performance.
Our pergolas feature custom aluminium gutters and flashings, making each canopy as watertight as possible. For added comfort and weather protection, you can integrate Archishade Ziptrak® Outdoor Blinds at any stage. September 2025 marked one year since we took on one of our most ambitious projects yet — transforming an ageing Mount Maunganui building into the stunning, functional HQ we now proudly call home.
