Archishade 10-Year Guarantee:
- All products installed by Archishade are fully warranted for 10 years from the date of invoice.
- Pergolas come with a 10-year guarantee on materials and our workmanship, with limited (by the suppliers) warranties on other components.
- Crafted using top structural grade aluminum and TIG welded components to withstand all weather conditions.
PowderCoat:
- Archishade aluminum products are powder coated with Dulux products, carrying warranties of a maintainable service life of up to 25 years, if maintained correctly. Ask to see the Dulux care and warranty guides.
Acrylic or Polycarbonate Roofing:
- 10 year warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects.
- 10-30 years for Weather Breakage, depending on the product selected.
- Regular maintenance required. Avoid exposure to chemicals – refer to Archishade’s and manufacturers maintenance guide.
Outdoor Blinds and Awnings:
- Ziptrak and Awning Components: 2-year warranty
- Clear PVC: 2-year warranty
- Mesh Blind: 5-year warranty
- Recacril Canvas: 10 year warranty

Archishade LED Inbuilt Lights:
- 5-year warranty for both workmanship and material defects when used outdoors and fitted-off by a registered electrician.
What is Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Misuse or abuse.
- Clear PVC opaqueness if rolled up wet.
- Unauthorized alterations or repairs.
- Exposure to chemicals or cleaning products.
- Leaving blinds down or awnings out in harsh weather conditions exceeding specifications.

Gavyn
Gavyn is the creative force behind Archishade’s signature outdoor spaces. A fully qualified precision engineer for 15 years and qualified CAD designer, he has crafted and installed thousands of pergolas, custom structures, architectural detailing and shade products over the last decade across the wider Bay of Plenty. Meticulous and innovative, Gavyn manages each project from concept to installation, ensuring every design is both elegant and durable, reflecting his passion for flawless craftsmanship and attention to detail on every Archishade creation.
Karl
Karl, Archishade’s Production Manager, brings over 20 years’ experience as a fabricator and auto electrician. He expertly balances logistics, welding, and fabrication to guarantee every project meets the highest standards. With an unwavering eye for detail, Karl ensures each custom architectural product, Archi-Glaze Pergola and outdoor blind system is cut, welded, and installed with precision, delivering structural integrity and exceptional finish on every custom outdoor solution Archishade creates.
James
James is our youngest member of the team – an experienced welder, fabricator, and installer with five years’ experience. Working closely with Karl and Gavyn, he ensures each Archi-Glaze pergola, outdoor structure, and outdoor blind system is built and installed to exacting standards. James takes pride in delivering durable, beautifully finished creations that uphold Archishade’s reputation for precision, strength, and high-quality design across every bespoke outdoor project undertaken.
ELLEN
Ellen is the welcoming face of Archishade and the voice behind every call and email.
